Elvis Presley's Graceland Mansion iPad Tour
production  |  graphic design  |  content management  |  iPad app
To celebrate the life and legacy of Elvis Presley, Graceland hired my agency, Unified Field, to redesign Graceland Mansion's audio tour as an award winning interactive iPad tour app, driven by iBeacon technology.
The app we made features 360-degree super high res images peppered with site specific, exclusive content, trivia, games, pictures, music, and movies. As you move through the mansion iBeacons locate your iPad to within a few inches, calling out and revealing Elvis stories, details, and interactives. The tour is available in nine languages and is narrated by actor and Elvis fan John Stamos.
This was a dense, detail-oriented project with many components, and my responsibilities as associate designer ranged from management to copy writing to content creation to graphics production.
A few of my responsibilities included managing the large directory of text components and having them translated into nine languages, organizing and editing all selected images and videos to be placed in the app, researching and writing the fun facts and trivia, and creating unique graphics for the "Elvis Yourself" interactive and music chart data visualizations.
